I’m Mommy Axel, or call me Dabawenya Mommy!
I’m the proud mother of two boys, Minyong and Damsoy. I raise these boys together with my loving partner, Adam. I am currently a freelance writer and spend most of the time with my family at home.
I am also a Dawow Moms Admin. A Facebook group I created way back in 2015 to advocate natural parenting to mothers in Davao City. With over 11,000 members, our group was able to initiate babywearing and breastfeeding gatherings. We are the first group ever to hold a babywearing flash mob in Mindanao!
I love to try new adventures with my family, and most of all, I am like you— learning how to balance motherhood while keeping my sanity.
I always believe that no motherhood is perfect, and we learn as we go. It may be a difficult journey with plenty of surprises. But together, we can all make it alive.
